Tokenization means representing ownership of a real-world asset as digital tokens on a regulated platform. Each token corresponds to a fractional share of a specific Real Estate project.
The minimum subscription is €1,000.
Token rights reflect a fractional interest in the underlying project — equity / profit share.
Typical project cycles are 12–20 months. Tokens can also be sold on the platform’s secondary market, subject to liquidity.
Returns are distributed at project exit, pro-rata to your token holdings, in supported currencies.
We target a minimum net ROI of 17% (net of fees and Greek dividend/capital gains tax) on each project. Past performance does not guarantee future results — full risk disclosures are in each project’s subscription documents.

Yes. All token transfers meet global regulatory standards, KYC/KYB verification is required, and wallets are non-custodial — the platform never holds your funds.
