Investing in Greek Real Estate has always been complex — legal hurdles, contractor coordination, permitting delays, and almost no liquidity. We built a regulated tokenization platform that removes the operational burden and opens the market to global investors, in amounts that fit any portfolio.

Managing Director

Christos is a seasoned Real Estate investor closing on three decades of experience. He has actively managed and overseen various successful Real Estate projects, making him an expert in the field. He has also worked in private equity and set up private equity structures for clients. His extensive industry experience makes him a valuable resource for investors in the Mediterranean luxury Real Estate sector.

Stavros Peristeris
Financial Director

Stavros is responsible for the company’s day-to-day financial and administrative matters. With a background focused on Industrial Administration and experience at a major private equity firm, Stavros brings his knowledge to drive the company’s financial success. He actively participates in IT & Private Equity seminars and summits to stay up-to-date in the field.

Apostolos Peristeris
Project Manager

Apostolos plays a vital role in project management, support, and monitoring. With prior involvement in overseeing Real Estate projects at a major Real Estate firm, he is well-prepared to ensure project success and contribute to the company’s achievements.

Our team conducts extensive market research to identify Real Estate projects that meet its investment criteria. For each project, the firm carry out due diligence, structuring, tokenization model design, smart-contract deployment, and platform launch. Post-launch, the firm manages token issuance, subscriber onboarding, and ongoing relations through its digital platform.

• Target minimum annual IRR of 10% for subscribers
• High-frequency market cycle
• Attractive entry prices below moderate market levels
